At Hydi Pearl, our goal is to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason, you're not fully satisfied, this refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Our policy allows for free returns within 90 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns, refunds, or exchanges if more than 90 days have elapsed since your purchase.

For a return to be eligible, kindly email us at hi@hydipearl.com to obtain a return address and a return label. Do not return your item to the original delivery address, as it won't be equipped to handle returns. Based on your location, we'll provide you with the closest return address. Ensure you return all received products, including bonus items, for eligibility.

REFUNDS

Full Refund with Returns: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email confirmation. If any product is missing, we reserve the right to deny the refund. To ensure a full refund, all products must be returned.

Full Refund without Returns: In case there's an issue with the product or for other specific reasons, we will discuss the situation and initiate a full refund, without requiring you to return the item.

Partial Refunds without Returns: If there's a problem with the product or other particular reasons, we'll communicate with you to reach an agreeable solution and determine the amount to be refunded, without needing you to return the item.

Once the return process is complete, or you agree to our proposed solution, we'll process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days.When more than 5 business days have not been refunded, please contact us by email us at hi@hydipearl.com.

EXCHANGES

We only facilitate exchanges for the exact item purchased. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please return the item you've bought and place a new order. For replacements, send an email to hi@hidypearl.com.

RETURN FEES

We're happy to inform you that we cover the return shipping fee for any order.
